RoboSouth LA offers business workflow automation and data integration services, powered by the n8n platform and custom APIs. Services may include access to third-party platforms via OAuth authentication (e.g., Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online) on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you confirm that all registration information you submit is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Access and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any connected third-party services.
  • Unauthorized use of third-party APIs via our platform (including Google, QuickBooks, or other integrated services) without proper authorization is prohibited.
  • You agree not to share your credentials or grant access to your account to unauthorized third parties.

4. Customer Data and Workflows

  • You own all data, workflows, and configurations you create on our platform.
  • We act as a data processor for any personal or business data processed through your automations.
  • You grant us limited rights to access and use data solely to deliver and support the services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;
  • Send spam, phishing, or unauthorized messages;
  • Access or interfere with third-party systems without consent;
  • Exploit, copy, or resell any part of the platform for your own SaaS offering unless explicitly agreed upon in writing;
  • Use financial data from QuickBooks integrations for unauthorized purposes or in violation of accounting regulations.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. You acknowledge:

  • Use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining proper authorization and compliance with those platforms (e.g., Google Cloud OAuth, Intuit QuickBooks Developer Terms).
  • You have the necessary authority to connect and authorize access to business accounts (particularly for QuickBooks company data).

7. App Authorization and OAuth Scopes

You authorize RoboSouth LA to act as an intermediary for sensitive OAuth scopes and to manage these credentials securely on your behalf, including:

  • Google Services: Calendar, Drive, Contacts
  • QuickBooks Online: Company accounting data, invoices, customers, financial reports, and related business information

RoboSouth LA is responsible for maintaining Google Cloud verification, QuickBooks Developer Program compliance, and security standards for these integrations.

8. QuickBooks Integration Specific Terms

  • QuickBooks Integration Specific Terms When connecting QuickBooks Online:
  • You confirm you have proper authorization to connect your company’s QuickBooks account
  • You understand that financial and accounting data will be accessible through authorized workflows
  • You agree to use QuickBooks data only for legitimate business automation purposes
  • You acknowledge that QuickBooks data is subject to enhanced security protections
  • You may disconnect QuickBooks integration at any time through your dashboard

9. Fees and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time setup fee.
You agree to pay all applicable charges in a timely manner.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Abuse of our platform or services
  • Non-payment
  • Violation of third-party service terms (Google, QuickBooks, etc.)

Upon termination, access to your workflows and data may be restricted or deleted. Connected third-party service authorizations will be revoked.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Continuous or error-free operation
  • Third-party service availability (e.g., Google APIs, QuickBooks APIs)
  • Accuracy of data synchronized between platforms
  • Compatibility with future third-party service updates

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboSouth LA shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Security breaches caused by third-party systems
  • Financial decisions made based on automated data processing
  • QuickBooks data accuracy or accounting compliance issues
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the past 12 months.

13.Data Protection and Financial Information

Special provisions apply to financial data accessed through QuickBooks integrations:

  • Enhanced security measures protect accounting and financial information
  • Financial data is used only for authorized business process automation
  • We comply with applicable financial data protection regulations
  • You maintain full ownership and control of your financial data

14. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
